樺緯物聯股份有限公司（DEXATEK TECHNOLOGY LTD.，以下簡稱「本公司」或「我們」）開發並維護「倉庫點收系統」應用程式（以下簡稱「本 App」或「倉庫點收系統」），主要供企業內部倉儲人員進行點收、入庫與盤點等作業使用。我們重視您的個人資料隱私，本政策說明「倉庫點收系統」在使用過程中所蒐集、處理及利用之資料範圍與方式。

1. 我們蒐集的資訊

本 App 僅蒐集為提供倉庫點收服務所必要之最少資料，包括：

1.1 帳號與登入資訊

使用者帳號與密碼：本 App 的使用者帳號由貴單位後台管理員預先建立，並由管理員指派給授權員工使用。本 App 不提供使用者自行註冊功能。
登入時的帳號密碼僅用於身分驗證，並透過加密傳輸（HTTPS/TLS）送至本公司或貴單位指定之伺服器。
本 App 不會在裝置中以明文形式儲存您的密碼。

1.2 相機（Camera）權限

本 App 需要存取裝置相機，用途為：
- 掃描貨品條碼（Barcode）或 QR Code，以識別品項。
- 拍攝點收過程之佐證照片（如外箱、瑕疵、收貨單據等），作為作業紀錄使用。
相機僅在您主動點選掃描或拍照功能時才會啟用，不會於背景持續錄影或拍照。
本 App 不會蒐集您相機所拍攝之與點收作業無關的任何影像。

2. 我們不蒐集的資訊

為避免不必要的資料處理，本 App 不會蒐集下列資訊：

位置資訊（GPS、Wi-Fi 定位等）
聯絡人、行事曆、相簿、檔案等個人裝置資料
麥克風、藍牙、健康資料
廣告識別碼（IDFA / AAID）
用於行銷或分析用途之第三方追蹤器

3. 我們如何使用您的資訊

本 App 蒐集之資料僅用於下列目的：

驗證使用者身分並提供點收系統功能。
將點收結果、條碼資料、佐證照片回傳至貴單位指定之伺服器以完成業務作業流程。
維護系統穩定運作、進行故障排除與安全防護。

我們不會將上述資料用於行銷、廣告投放、使用者畫像分析，或任何與倉庫點收業務無關之用途。

4. 資料分享與第三方

本 App 不會將您的資料販售、出租或揭露予任何第三方廣告商或行銷夥伴。
所蒐集之資料僅在貴單位授權之內部系統與伺服器間傳輸，作為業務流程使用。
除法律強制要求（例如政府機關依法調閱）外，我們不會對外揭露您的資料。

5. 資料儲存與安全

本 App 與伺服器間之資料傳輸採用業界標準的加密通訊協定（HTTPS / TLS）。
使用者密碼於後端以雜湊（hash）方式儲存，本公司無法還原您的原始密碼。
我們採取合理之技術與管理措施，防止資料遭未經授權之存取、變更或洩漏。

6. 資料保存期間

點收作業相關資料（含拍攝之照片與條碼紀錄）將依貴單位之內部資料保存政策保留，作為作業稽核之用。當資料對作業目的不再必要、或您離職並由貴單位通知停用帳號時，相關資料將依規定刪除或封存。

7. 您的權利

由於本 App 為企業內部使用之工具，您的帳號由貴單位管理。如您希望查閱、更正、停用或刪除個人資料，請洽詢貴單位之 IT 或人資管理員。亦可透過下方聯絡方式向本公司提出。

8. 兒童隱私

本 App 為企業內部倉儲作業工具，並非提供予 13 歲以下兒童使用，我們不會有意識地蒐集 13 歲以下兒童之個人資料。

9. 政策變更

本公司保留隨時修改本隱私權政策之權利。當有重大變更時，我們將於本 App 內或本頁面公告。您於變更後繼續使用本 App，即視為同意修改後之政策內容。

(樺緯物聯股份有限公司) ("we," "us," or "our") develops and maintains the Warehouse Receiving System (倉庫點收系統) application (the "App" or "Warehouse Receiving System"), which is intended for use by authorized warehouse personnel within enterprise organizations to perform goods receiving, inbound logging, and inventory verification tasks. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information the Warehouse Receiving System collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects only the minimum data necessary to provide warehouse receiving services, as follows:

1.1 Account and Login Information

User credentials: User accounts for the App are pre-provisioned by your organization's backend administrator and assigned to authorized employees. The App does not offer self-registration.
Credentials are used solely for authentication and are transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) to servers designated by us or by your organization.
The App does not store your password in plain text on your device.

1.2 Camera Permission

The App requires access to your device camera in order to:
- Scan product barcodes or QR codes to identify items.
- Capture photos as evidence during the receiving process (e.g., outer packaging, defects, delivery documents) for operational records.
The camera is activated only when you actively initiate a scan or photo action. The App does not record video or capture images in the background.
The App does not collect any images unrelated to receiving operations.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To minimize unnecessary data handling, the App does not collect:

Location data (GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, etc.)
Contacts, calendar, photo library, or other personal device data
Microphone, Bluetooth, or health data
Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected by the App is used solely for the following purposes:

Authenticating users and providing warehouse receiving functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third-party advertisers or marketing partners.
Data is transmitted only between the App and internal systems or servers authorized by your organization for business purposes.
Except where required by law (e.g., lawful requests from government authorities), we will not disclose your information to any external party.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data transmission between the App and servers uses industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS).
User passwords are stored on the backend as hashed values; we cannot recover your original password.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

Operational data (including captured photos and barcode records) is retained according to your organization's internal data retention policy for audit purposes. When data is no longer necessary, or when your organization notifies us that your account should be deactivated (e.g., upon separation of employment), the relevant data will be deleted or archived in accordance with policy.
